Premium Electric Fuel Pump Assembly for 2003-2008 Mazda 6 2.3L I4 Engine Review

After reading the reviews I was skeptical. Delivered today, installed in my Mazda 6i 05, fits perfectly, no problem, factory plug fits in perfectly. The car started and runs great.

Completely wrong socket Part does not fit 04 Mazda 6 has the correct plug which is too high. Don't waste our money on this other where to look. I would give less stars if I could be disappointed.

After replacing this part for 5 days my car stalled! The mechanic checked and found that the pressure was not reaching the correct level. His money was wasted and I was left on the freeway at 5am. Not good!

The price was good but I had to find new connections for the o-ring and gasket. The top of the fuel pump is larger than factory and requires longer bolts to operate. A 45 minute job turned into a 3 hour job finding screws that would work.

Will NOT fit my Mazda 6 03. It had a tab on the side of the top and the top was 1/4 inch wider than the others. (compression ring didn't fit) I did it with an angle grinder because everything else was the same, but for some reason it did NOT fit this machine.

I was told it would fit a 2006 Mazdaspeed 6, waste of time and money. This is NOT suitable for speed 6. Even Amazon and this seller will tell you it is. Now I can't even ask for a refund. I'm stuck with a part I don't need and still have to spend more for a new one. YOU MUST START DESCRIBE YOUR PRODUCTS ACCURATELY! STOP SELLING!
