NOT Plug and Play - Install Fuel Pumps and Accessories

2001 Toyota Echo Mid now. The pumps are the same as the OEM. NO plug. They contain their own connector and you have to find out. Which makes it VERY difficult. If the plug was the same I would give 5 stars. But now I'm stuck with a lot more work just trying to get it working.

Cheap generic replacement, not recommended for inexperienced installers

This is a very low quality part which is manufactured for many applications and is therefore not really suitable for OEM. I found it to be of low quality but it works when fueled as it should. Not recommended for inexperienced installers

The pump didn't fit the 2006 Grand Caravan SXT, but.

The pump diameter was too large to fit in the module for my van, but a little grinding of the module plastic made it fit. Back then, the filter that came with it didn't fit in the module, so I reused the old one. In the end the van started, but not quite plug and play.

While I've been waiting for the perfect day to throw out this piece of trash, don't.

I installed this fuel pump and drove the car less than 50 meters to the back of my house. The next day I tried to start the car and the fuel pump didn't work. The weather was lousy so I couldn't fool her so I found her from another source. While I've been waiting for the perfect day to toss this piece of junk, don't waste your money.

wasn't any better than when I started

The pump did fit into the fuel pump assembly on my '08 Kia Sorrento but wasn't producing enough fuel. Pressure to do a lot more than idle the engine when I could start it. If you are considering this pump, take a good look at the fuel pressure specs for your vehicle and make sure the pump you buy meets those specs, otherwise you're not in a better position than when you started. I made the mistake of not looking at this and took the words "fits your Kia Sorento 08" at face value. Bought a used…
