I can say one thing, very well packaged. As in the picture, and one more thing, it heats up pretty quickly. So when you have a few seconds pause to look at your beard, turn it off and on again, just use it and don't leave it on while you decide which side of your beard is straight or not lol.

I've been buzzing my husbands for almost a year now. It was a bit difficult to get the neckline tight and clean. There were also problems behind the ears with the big buzzer. I ordered this to try.
