Pretty good for A/C tools and equipment

Working with this and the OEM set they are very similar, the handles are different but they work great, they don't stretch or bend.

Avoid this product.

Pretty horrible. These hooks are not bent properly to serve their purpose. Benz factory hooks have an opening of just over 90 feet to keep the hook from slipping off the item you are trying to pull. Do yourself a favor and buy a factory tool so you don't damage yourself or the part you are trying to remove.

Cons
  • Was damaged

Use only one at a time.

Works well enough. Even if two files are included, resist the temptation to include two at once. Due to the small gap between the dashboard and instrument cluster, inserting two at the same time can put pressure on one of the upper shafts, which can crack or break the instrument cluster lens. Pull out one side at a time until it clears the dashboard.

Works great should be cheaper than OEM

I used this to remove the air vents on my 2018 GLA. That works great. It's well built and a quality tool that mimics the much more expensive OEM version but maybe even better as the handle is more comfortable and offers a better grip. If you try to use it, follow the same instructions as for the OEM tool (which has the same disadvantages): make sure you hook it in the right place, tighten. very hard, make sure you secure the device with both hands so it doesn't fly away and make sure you put…

Cons
  • Vulgarity
