Very easy program/interface that is beneficial

I especially love how it helps to keep track of medications for me as well others! It keeps my schedule easily up-to date with changes in medication due dates or any other pertinent events occurring during this time period such like test results needing attention from our providers etc…it’s quite simple & works very smoothly which makes us happy patients!! No complaints here at all. The product itself has not changed since last year when we first started using their services so no change…

Pros
  • Great program that allows doctors /patients easy access..easy tracking system..great scheduling feature..ease/quickness if transferring patient information between two different sources...good support staff who are knowledgable about each step within process
Cons
  • There are troubles

A good medical records system but room is still there

This program allows you to search your own data as well has the ability to pull in other sources like radiology reports. It's not always easy to find what you need when you are searching for it within this software. There are some features that aren't fully integrated yet with our practice and I would love to see some of those features added soon. We have used this program for several years now and we've been able to pull up most of our documentation for patients. When we did run into issues…

Pros
  • Some functions don’t translate completely across platforms so they may look somewhat differently than expected resulting from user error (like selecting "advanced" instead of regular)
Cons
  • It is hard to say
