After three weeks, the surface began to crumble. I do not recommend this product.

After wearing this new case for three weeks I noticed that the surface of the case was starting to wear off/disintegrate. The coating wears off too easily. Although I noticed it about a week ago, today is my first day off. When I wanted to return the product, the order stated that the return window closed on January 31, 2021. Today is February 2nd, 2021. I am disappointed that I spent money on this purchase. I want a full refund or replacement for my non-defective iPhone Xs Max.

Decent case for the price

This case replaced the fake silicone case for my iPhone XS Max. The case is in 2 parts with the phone inserting into the larger part of the case and the top part (about half an inch ) snaps into place. It is covered with a rubber coating, although the coating is still a bit slippery for my hands and doesn't offer a good grip. I have a protective glass on my phone and the case doesn't interfere with it. All side buttons are accessible and easy to reach. Even when swiping on the screen, the case…

I highly recommend this case - check out the new 10s Max case.

This is the third iPhone case I've bought (iPhone 10s Max) - I'm very hard on holster cases as I attach them to door frames and other things like splitting wood, chainsaw and other things prevent physical activity (I live in rural Vermont) and these cases were very severe compared to other cases. I bought two more almost identical cases from other manufacturers and each broke within a few months. They usually last around 18 months on me, but for a normal person they'll probably last as long as…

Great price, slim design but sleek finish

UPDATE: I found this case to be a little slippery. I ended up ordering the Nova series version. The Nova Series case has a slight texture that I don't like, but a subtle touch that's much closer to what I'm used to and liked from previous Encased cases. Both the Slimshield series and the Nova series are the same size and fit in the same holster. My second in a year and I would never switch to any other style!

I got my new iPhone XS Max over a year ago and wanted full protection in an easy to use belt/holster case. This hard case has proven to withstand many concrete falls and general rough handling.
