Description of ๐Ÿ”ง Enhanced Performance End Link Grommet by Energy Suspension - Model 9.8105R

High quality. High performance. Professional products. Hyper-Flex replacement polyurethane components stand up well to contaminants that often destroy rubber and have been engineered to give longer-lasting performance and not compress permanently.

Easy installation on Performance Parts & Accessories

My old ones rotted and cracked didn't do much. these are much stiffer and hope to last longer. I had to add some good old elbow grease to fit my 2003 Explorer Sport XLT 2wd.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Modern

but these fit. in Performance Parts & Accessories

The original ferrule was a bit too big for them so I drilled them out a bit for a looser fit. the rest fitted perfectly, there were no problems and no drilling was required. started immediately with no problems.

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Almost OK

Great addition to my stabilizer

Rubber bushings installed and they lasted about a month. They still hold their shape after a few months of fitting, but I did notice a difference when riding - less front wobble. I would recommend it to those who eat through grommets.

Pros
  • Everything is great!
Cons
  • will be added later

I use them for anything that requires bushings

I buy these bushings for quads and small engines. I cut, sharpen and customize these hubs specifically for Chinese ATVs. I use these bushings as shock absorbers on many different quads, but tuning is key. I am not using them for their intended purpose.

Pros
  • Best in niche
Cons
  • Mostly good but...

Always happy with suspension parts Energy

These end link bushings have been on my 2000 Frontier for some time now (maybe 6 months?). I have been using Energy Suspension parts for many years and they last a long time. I've always been happy with them and this is no different. They withstand a lot of abuse I've put them through in the field.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Miscellaneous Miscellaneous

Good books though. for shock absorbers, struts and suspension

This is a nice upgrade for the stock stabilizer bushings and comes with heavy duty washers. However, they have a 3/8 inch bore and are not suitable for many vehicles. Most large or older vehicles require a 7/16 inch bore. I had to bore them out on a lathe. They are also thicker than most standard bushings, so you may need longer bolts or trim the bushings.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Order the correct bore for your bolts

Good product, just wish the description stated the bore hole, it was too small for my bolts, it's like a 3/8" bore but am building the 1/2" bolts on my truck are for the stabilizer bar so they won't fit. I was advised at a local auto parts store not to attempt to bore them out as this would most likely result in the bushing cracking due to the wall thickness, although I don't know how true that is.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Unreliable
