Works great, but a bitch to plug in

The device is electrically awesome. It works well, and the interface is fairly easy to figure out if you have ever set up a wireless network. My only issue was the connection port. Plugging in the ethernet cable proved to be problematic. I bought a brand new CAT6e cable for the extra thick conductors, but the plug causes trouble when you try to plug it in. I bought a 90 degree adapter because the tight bend was a strain on the cable. It’s a simple fix, too. Simply change the bottom to be…

I have some doubts .

Basically OK for the money, although I expected a little more. Some advanced wifi settings are missing. For 5GHz for AC devices, speeds lower than with my old AP; correct for AX devices. The AP is trying to establish a connection with an external IP address - remember to block it on the firewall - why have a spy in your own network .Poor technical support - I asked some advanced questions . to this day no answer .

Quirky but it works

If you are moving past Ubiquiti, this is pretty much the go to for the money. The interface is quirky and coordination of multiple units requires an app that is a bit of a pain to use. Once it’s setup, other than firmware updates you forget they are there. The range is spot on and I can get about a 10 meter radius at full power. I use 4 at low power to avoid problems in a single apartment that has serious RF problems by an airport. Roaming work’s without issue.

Exactly what I was looking for

The order arrived sooner than expected, for which I am extremely thankful.As for the product, it's exactly what I expected. A good wireless access point with wifi6 capabilities, easy to manage, fast access. I have the EWS377AP from this order and an EWS357 from a previous order. I am able to mesh both devices to provide unified coverage. However I don't believe that I need the EWS357 any more as the EWS377 is more than enough to cover my 2500 sq/f living space.As an aside, I was pleasantly…

Good value for the price. They hold a long charge. They fit comfortably. Now if I can just get my teenager to stop borrowing them!

Best 2020 AX Access Point for the price

Obsoleted my entire unifi setup because of this device:It is cheap. People see it as expensive but it is the cheaper 4X4 AX AP on the market.
