I have an 8 camera system and I will be replacing all the other cameras with these. It works great and the price is reasonable.

I went through several other low priced brands only to be unsatisfied, Then i tried these cameras, and found the right ones. I doubt you can even find a better quality camera for the $. Very good picture quality, and IR/night vision. If your looking for the best quality for the lowest dollar, look no more.

Ultra wide angle is why I chose this camera, it does indeed have that but don't expect to read license plates or anything that needs a clear picture.

A few years ago, I bought several of these 2.8mm BlueFishCam cameras and I was very happy with their picture quality. They even included a 1A DC power adapter for a total price of about $18 each. Unfortunately I do not recommend these cameras any more. The price has increased and the DC adapter is not included, but more importantly, the picture quality from this new model camera is garbage compared to the old model. night time is nice and clear and b r i g h t .to 50 ft at least with no lights on in backyard. with this model with so many leds .daytime color looks to be 760 pixels color , beautiful indigo blue sky of tenneessee family excited to see perimiter on monitor at main control location , and at the three splitter end location monitor locations thanks to amazon s hdmi to rca product with four ports hdmi out and one to hdmi in rca out to rca in rca out additional box ordered. eazy plug and play items

I bought this to replace a Defender camera. I hooked it up yesterday and was amazed at how good it looks. The 2.8 lens also gave me a much better field of view than the Defenders with 3.6. All in all it seems like a good inexpensive camera.Cons:At night there is too much IR intensity in the center when up close. The camera angle adjustment is tricky, and doesn't tighten well. The camera is staying in place so far.

Why am I suspicious that the 5 current reviews all give 5 stars and use similar wording?I haven't (and will not) purchase this camera because I can tell you it will not work as advertised. It may include a 2.8mm wide angle lens but the IR LEDs are not wide angle. They will throw a beam width similar to that of a flashlight (which is not wide angle). The light intensity of the IR LEDs and the IR light sensitivity of the camera are not stated so it is impossible to determine the max viewing…

I was trying to find a camera that would work with the DVD and camera system I already had, and this fit the bill! It has a nice, clear picture and was super easy to set up and install. I bought it on sale but I'd have paid full price for it and will if I decide I need another!
