Doesn't fit in 3 different containers

Doesn't work in any of my 3 containers. 2 of them, no thread design was the same. It worked on the 3rd thread, but the cap was too deep and didn't tighten on the spout. It's a gamble if they work. Returned.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Some imperfections

Fits best in petrol can

I ordered these to replace a broken spout on my gas bottle. Two collars did not match the bench. One had a very narrow thread and the other didn't hold up. I ended up using the spout and my existing collar to get it working. I wouldn't buy them again. I have 4 different sized gas bottles and none of them fit.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Expensive but worth it

Two different spout covers and I'm sure they will fit any gas canister you have. The best part is I'm sick of those safety pourers that never work properly and I end up breaking them, it's like old style, just uncap, pour and go. Last time I checked I'm a big boy, I don't need anyone to tell me I should have something safe

Pros
  • Nice deal
Cons
  • Keep calm

missing parts for tools and equipment

Mine came in a plastic bag with a hole taped up and a few parts were missing. I think it was a return. Since the hassle of sending it back wasn't worth it, I decided to use it anyway with the parts I had. One of my gas cartridges seems fine, but I cannot securely close the other gas cartridge and it is leaking. Overall I am disappointed with the whole experience.

Pros
  • great price
Cons
  • vulgarity

Doesn't fit in my or my neighbor's new glasses

Like many, I find the new spouts 1) tricky 2) spill prone. Bought these in hopes of replacing them with new ones. My cans - GARAGE BOSS GB351 Briggs and Stratton Press 'N Pour - will not fit. My neighbor has a new can of Midwest Can Safe-Flo - doesn't fit. The threads on both are larger (wider between threads) than the "wide" thread in the yellow cap that came with them. Any help from anyone on what would (instead) go with one of these glasses would be greatly appreciated.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Good but not great

Almost fits - fuel transfer and lubrication

Threads not to specification for Midwest and Gott containers. Either not tightening enough to press the grommet against the cap, or you will have to use pliers to tighten it. I was able to mix and match some of my original parts with them to "work" on a few containers. Basically, the threads are too sharp and the pitch large enough to be a problem with both fine and coarse threaded containers. The screw cap at the end of the spout is practical. His umbilical cord failed. My containers already…

Pros
  • Delivery was very quick
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Tighten, wire on lid

I like that now, when I fill up with petrol/diesel from canisters, the fuel runs out pretty quickly. The pressure relief valve leaks a bit so you have to be careful where you put it, but it's easy enough to install. I strongly recommend putting the cap on the gas cylinder handle. When you then remove the cap and refill nozzle, the entire unit is held to the gas cylinder so nothing is wasted. I have other jets that have failed due to losing a small jet cap or other inconvenient parts. I also…

Pros
  • Strong finish
Cons
  • The list will go on.

Sometimes you need a little ingenuity.

Purchasing this range of replacement gas cylinders was just what I needed to get rid of those difficult to use/fill original "safety" nozzles that originally came on my gas cylinders. I found a little ingenuity would help with usage, I've had (3) jars that neither coarse nor fine threads worked with. I had the idea of using the original "collar" from the original spout and inserting the new spout into that collar. Worked great. Issue 1 has been fixed. The last can had the new bushing threads…

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Upgradeable
