Ordered to replace the filter in the car. I was supposed to open the box for the first delivery, but I delayed changing the filter for a while. I just opened it recently and found that this filter does not fit my car and the return period has expired.

Just replaced my last one at about 20,000 miles. The last one looked fine when I pulled it out and had no cracks or missing parts. Easy to assemble and a perfect fit for my 2015 Passat TDI. These are excellent quality filters and cost a lot less than an oil change. I always say no when asked if they want the store to change them and then just order from Revain. Replacing the cabin and engine air filter takes literally 5 minutes.

I replaced both air filters on my husband's VW CC before going for service. 40,000 reg. Easy to install, both filters took less than ten minutes, I just needed the right tool (Torx T25 which should be less than $2-3). Looks identical to the original OEM. The dealer still wanted him to spend $110 to replace those two files: they didn't even bother to check the condition.

. It's just an air filter, but it fits perfectly and installs with no problems. Just a note, if you are replacing your OEM filter, you may find that this EPAuto filter has no mesh on the bottom, just pleats. All is well. I did a little research and a fabric filter option is being marketed for "cold climates". In my corner of the country, that's not a problem. If you live in a cold climate, you might want to look for a filter with a cloth, such as the E.g. Mann C35 154/1.

Good quality. Check out the photos compared to the OEM Wix filter that comes with my 2016 VW Passat. The Wix in the photos has about 20,000 miles on it. Not too bad but I decided to replace it. From the photos you can see that the EPAuto filter is almost the same as the stock filter. It is made of high quality material and fits perfectly. Everything is the same except for the price. EPAuto recommends a 12,000-mile filter change interval, although one VW dealer says their OEM filter can last…

I was a bit reluctant to buy one of these as it lacks the foam pre-filter found on "exact replacement" filters but the Price was second to none. After installing it, I noticed that my car responded much better to the accelerator pedal. Better performance and slight increase in fuel consumption.
