Bought these for my husband when he started doing HIIT training as the gym is closed these days. Nothing but great gym shorts - comfortable waistband, great length, and a design that allows full range of motion (burpees, lunges, squats, etc.). He is very happy with them.

Shorts work well for lifting but they have an outside pocket (with flap and velcro). This is not visible in the only photo of the product. It's not good for fighting. Damn. Otherwise it's a decent pair of pants.

Decent material, waist fits perfectly. Not tight at all, just loose enough to easily tuck in without falling off. There is enough room for the legs, but the groin area is tight. I wore them to practice and couldn't wait to get home and take them off so my boys could walk again. Buyer Warning. If you are planning to have children, you may want to avoid them

I like that they fit perfectly around the waist. If you unscrew the strap, they will be firmly fixed. The lack of velcro is great because it's the first thing that doesn't work on other shorts. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the leg holes. These are 28" holes and not shown in the photo. I'll see if I can get used to this and if not I can fix it by adding a few stitches to the inseam.
