Make sure you'll looking for a FIRM roller - great for soreness/pain

My wife purchased this foam roller to perform exercises at home that her physical therapist told that would help with her back pain. When we initially got this, I was shocked at the intense wrapping of the product, but I'd honestly rather have that then there be hardly nothing holding this in the package. At least it did not have a strange smell like many other products from China often do!The roller itself is made of good quality and is about 6 inches in diameter. It doesn't pick up any dust…

  • Light weight and smaller in size. Great for traveling.

Wonderful for back and shoulder tension

I have a longer one i use at home but wanted one for work so i got this one. Works just as great. Gets pops and irons out stiff back and shoulder muscles from leaning forward all day at work instantly. I swear it saves me most days. Nice and stiff roller. the other mushy ones just don't do the trick. I used to think I liked them better. nope!

  • I use this for 20 minutes a few times a week. Makes my back and legs feel amazing.

  • Can be difficult to clean or sanitize after multiple uses

I really was glad to find this item as I could not locally. I had a very tight paraformus muscle left hip and the use of exercise bar has aided a lot.

This thing is great for full spinal support. My PT showed me several stretch/exercises specifically for this longer roller

Excellent foam roller in a great color

I love this foam roller because it is stiff enough to work out the pain in muscles. My physical therapist taught me how to do exercises using it so I purchased this one. It is lightweight and easy to stand in a corner or even travel with. Very dense foam that really helps get the soreness out.

  • It’s hard like the ones in physical therapy and a nice size. Works great under my desk.

  • Can be difficult to find replacement parts or accessories

Does what I need it to.

After physical therapy I was told to get one so I could continue my routine. I have a pinched nerve in my neck so it’s perfect for me.

Pros
  • I like the longer length for back exercise. It is good quality and works fine.
Cons
  • May be too bulky or cumbersome to transport or store easily

It is what it is in my review

This is not space age material. It does what is says. Its firm enough to dig into my biker legs and shins. If you need something firmer you need a massage gun. More money I know, but those things work. This is simple and for my bike leg needs, it works fine. Delivery was timely.
