Perfect hardwire kit for my S50

Perfect; just what i needed. Step by step: 1.) Cut the end of the positive wire and strip enough to fit in "add circuit". 2.) Make sure both fuse slots on "Add Circuit" are filled with the correct fuses. 4.) Locate the ground and place the ground wire. 5.) Install it. It's literally that simple. Long enough to get under my dashboard to my mirror. (Be prepared to use superglue with the included velcro for the controller; the adhesive is weak, but that's okay. Small issue overall.)

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Having problems

Clean and compact in radar detectors

Used to clean up the implementation of the radar detector setup in my 2014 Audi. Connected the round ends to a grounding stud and a fuse in the fuse box and I was gone. The wires are so thin that you can push them into the upholstery of the car without much effort (carefully use a flathead screwdriver to do this). Velcro on the button block next to the switch to keep it out of sight while riding and within reach when you need it to prevent it from continuously beeping. If you need to increase…

Works very well but the shape is crazy

Overall a great product. A few small remarks. #1 The wire going to the detector doesn't have to be as thick as it is. It's difficult enough to route cables into the headliner without having to deal with thick cables. #2 The green LED shouldn't be that bright. The day is extremely bright. Haven't used it at night yet, but I'm sure I'll end up duct tape over it at the end. You'll only press the mute button one way, of course, but the awkward shape makes it difficult to stand up so the back is…

I can recommend if the price is right.

That's great, but please know what you're doing. You MUST know what you are doing. Unlike some other companies that present installation tutorials, there are none other than user-made ones on the internet. This kit requires some real knowledge of pins and grounding. It's out of the way, I actually had to cut off the ends of the wire and ground that came with the cable. I replaced it with a socket lug for the accessory plug under the dash and the other just needed a larger diameter floor hole…

Signal 10-100, Whizard Mirror Cord Magic

Ideal solution for mirror mounted Escort 360 smart cord radar detectors such as the Max 360. Fairly thin yet flexible with a strong coating long enough to reach up both sides of most vehicles with a fuse box under the dash. Cords are neatly tucked away and come with a phone jack style plug and cord, very handy for the crease on the ceiling. Then figure out how to plug in the inside front corner (pillar, not your sleeper favorite), then hook up the wire under the dash and add a 12v DC fuse…

Pros

Great product and easy to install.

I bought this to connect my Passport Max 2 to the car's electrical system. It works exactly as you would expect and provides an easy way to quickly disable the detector if it picks up random signals that don't pose a real threat. My device detects automatic doors and gives me a quick way to silence and block unwanted detections. This cable also features an indicator light that shows when the system has power and another indicator that flashes amber when something is detected. The cable itself…

Pros
  • The best in its niche
Cons
  • A few little things

Works great with my Passport 9500xi

My Passport 9500xi is plugged in and mounted next to the rear view mirror so I don't have to reach for it every time I want to silence an alarm or mark a location. It contains a lot of wires as I was able to route them through the headliner, down the A-pillar and to my fuse box. There are only two bad things about this setup: First, make sure you mount it at an angle where it's not directly facing you, think under the dash or on the side of the center console where you can easily reach it. The…
