Plug and play right out of the box.

So far, so good. This USB/Ethernet hub was plug and play. I successfully tested my network's internet connection speed and it was faster than I expected.

Works with my laptop

very pretty hub. I need an r45 adapter to disconnect my laptop from our crappy wifi. It serves the purpose and gives me extra USB ports. Win win. All my high-speed devices are connected without any problems. I wish it had switches for each port but I still love it

Excellent product that perfectly matches mini pc

This is a great product, especially for use with mini PC configurations that only have 2 USB ports and no Ethernet interface. The plugin and Windows immediately recognized and switched on the devices connected to it and the Ethernet interface. The size is good and I especially like the upward-facing USB ports.

Constant overheating and shutdown

I've tried using this on my laptop's USB 3 and USB 2 ports and the USB devices plugged into it keep disconnecting. The hub is warm to the touch and I suspect it's resetting as an overheat protection. It was not even possible to test the functionality of the network card. I missed my return window so I'm stuck on it like a paperweight. Look elsewhere!

Plug and play, works great, connected to the internet and tested perfectly with speed test

I had to connect my Mac Book Pro to the internet using a wired cable after being struck by lightning and damaging my built-in adapter. This device was plug and play, worked great, connected to the internet and tested excellent with the speed test. No questions or problems. I am very happy with the ease of use and quality.
