Works great with Nintendo Switch!

Not sure if this would work for my kids Nintendo Switch but after reading previous reviews I took a chance. I'm glad I did this because it worked great straight away! Tucked it in behind the flip cover, plugged in the network cable, went into network settings to confirm the connection, and voila! So if you are also looking for a way to connect your Nintendo Switch to the internet directly rather than wirelessly, this is the perfect and affordable solution.

USB Ethernet Adapter for Chromebook

Great product. Plug and play for Chromebook. It worked right away. My daughter uses a Chromebook for online school and was having wifi connection issues during her daily meetings and had to reconnect once, twice or even thrice. We ordered a TechKey adapter because it lists both a Chromebook and a 50-inch Amazon Basics Cat6 laptop and connected right away. Now she doesn't have to miss a single meeting or face the increasing need to reunite. Very, very satisfied.

Flexible USB to LAN Adapter - 1GB Connection

I was very happy to have found this product which helped me solve a network problem on my desktop computer. Due to a power failure, the LAN connection on the motherboard has been disabled. Looking for a solution, the Techkey adapter was an inexpensive solution that used my USB 3.0 port while providing 1GB LAN connectivity. The installation was completed in less than 10 minutes. Installing the latest firmware update also took a few minutes. Has been working flawlessly for almost a week. I…

Drivers required for some operating systems

Downgraded one star because Revain's info doesn't say it's plug and play for Windows 8-10 only. Drivers are required for Windows 7, XP, Vista, Mac OS and Linux systems. Drivers are on the minidisk, but not everyone has a CD reader. The drivers are supposedly available online, but at least in my case with Windows 7, the driver did not install successfully. The driver on the diskette is installed and the adapter works as advertised. The adapter was connected to my laptop with Windows 10. Download

Data stopped after 45 minutes

I got my first new laptop in 8 years, an ill-fated Dell 7590 Windows 10. I had no idea a lot of laptops don't come with the ethernet port I've come to expect because her case is so thin . So, frustrated at first, I considered returning the laptop and after looking at other models, many if not most didn't have a wired port. So, then I discovered this device and tried it out. It supports plug and play for Windows 10. It comes with a driver disk, but no installation is required for Windows 10…

Works as advertised, easy to install. Problem solved!

My daughter is a remote student at her school and uses her school Chromebook. Unfortunately, WiFi reception in her room was spotty, causing her to repeatedly drop out of Zoom calls. I connected a wired connection to her room, but unfortunately her Chromebook didn't have an ethernet port! I searched Revain for a ChromeOS supported product and this product looked like it would do the job. And so it happened. Installation was easy - just plug an Ethernet cable into this adapter and the adapter…

Ready to work with PFSense 4.5

I took the opportunity to add an additional interface to my 2 Gigabit Small Form Factor PC as my primary router with this USB 3.0 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter. To work from home, I really needed to connect the company devices to a separate network. The two onboard NICs have already been used to connect to the ISP modem (port 1) and the main home switch (port 2). But my separate work subnet also needed internet access. So I searched Revain for a suitable gigabit network card that would use USB 3.0…
