I like that it is easy for employees to use as well as customers/clients since their interface is very intuitive. It does block most viruses but not all so you always need to monitor what's going through in order to make sure nothing slips past. We have been using this product with our email servers for nearly 10 years now. Excellent customer service provided at each stage of our project implementation. The team was very knowledgeable about email security products in general as well as MXit specifically. It's easy for our employees to use as it is web-based software that can be accessed from any computer with an internet connection! The customer service team at Europemx has been extremely helpful in answering questions about how best utilize this product within my organization. I don't have anything negative or dislike so far - however we are still getting used to using such technology which takes some time adjusting too (but not much).
