Instructions are not included!

It would be very easy to figure out where to put the strap, but it's not! Without instructions I didn't even use it to move the washer and dryer. When ScrapDealer came to pick up an old washer and dryer, he even explained that they can be difficult to understand and after a few tries it actually works. Talk about disappointment, oh my god.

Everest does not contain instructions / Lifetime needs to verify the safety of the product.

I used an Everest ratchet along with 18" ground screws to tie the water-filled base of a Lifetime basketball jersey that had been blown forward and down by a MODERATE wind, despite the weight of the water . The ratchet works, but we don't have instructions for assembly. I had to find a video on You Tube (not Everest) to see how to put it together.

Superb quality, one mistake

I was impressed with the quality of these zip ties, bought four in total. The metal ratchet is thick and does not bend. Hooks and D-rings are heavy duty and will not stretch when tightened. The fabric is soft/smooth to the touch and may be suitable for items with a more fragile surface. One issue I've found is that D-rings can slip off hooks and fall to the ground, not a big deal but frustrating at times. There is also about 20 inches of strap from hook to ratchet on the "fixed" end.
