This device broke on the third use. I had less than an hour before the metal bar just broke in half. It started to deteriorate after the second use when the height adjustment screw broke. I'm not a big guy and I'm not a very strong untrained boxer or anything so I was shocked when this thing just doubled up during training. BI_ _ H to sand fill but worth every penny. .Filling tip: Take a SMALL oil funnel, tilt the base at an angle and carefully pour the sand through the funnel. Push the muzzle of the funnel into the hole as far as it will go to keep it from rolling back. Make sure you use DRIED sand as it won't stick together.
