Great product needs a few tweaks

To be honest I've gained about 8 pounds. I train regularly, now I see serious definition and my strength has increased. However, the pills are very big and difficult to swallow, you have to take 4, that's a challenge. I usually crush them. If I could do it again I would use powder. The win was big. But vegan capsules or powder would be better.

GIANT Tablets: Vitamins, Minerals and Supplements

GIANT Tablets for Horses! I cut each tablet into three pieces and then almost choked on it because the pieces were too difficult to pass through. Now I'm stuck on the whole bottle because they can't be returned. I was really looking for something to improve my energy levels. If I bought through Purity Products I could return them. Think twice. If you can't swallow a HUGE pill, don't worry.

The product helps me to maintain my general fitness.

This product contains enough creatine along with other ingredients to give me additional nutrition and supplements to improve my strength, endurance and body composition. As a long-distance runner and outdoor person, I don't want to add bulk, but I need strength. My goal is to maintain my strength to body ratio while staying fit to participate in sports, outdoors and compete.
