Works better than expected

I definitely thought it was crap and wouldn't work. I was completely wrong. Strangely, my glass bowl was filled with resin. I live in an apartment building and can't beat the price because of the neighbors so I gave it a try. It works 100% better than I expected. Now it's practically new. It would look like new if I tried to poke around the grooves with a pipe brush. But if you just soak it overnight, rinse and shake it under water, it's perfectly clean to me. 100% recommend this product.

The instructions say: After using the cleaner, clean it with soap and water up to 3 times.

Very smelly. I don't know how anyone can use this chemical. The third step of the instructions states that you should clean it with soap and water before using the product. It says you should clean it 1 to 3 times after cleaning it with their cleaner. ?!?!?! The?!?! Thats so bad? Smells awful. My friend bought Green Piece Cleaner. He tells me it smells amazing and you don't have to wash it three times with soap and water after cleaning it. I think I'll sign up for this program and give back…

Works as well as rubbing alcohol

I tried it to see what the issue is. He works and does a good job. But rubbing alcohol and some slime will do the job just as well, and it'll last 20 times longer than this thing. I clean my pieces often because I hate the bad taste of burning as much as the next smoker. If you don't mind spending more money to get your stuff in order, then you've found a good product. DO NOT BUY! WILL DESTROY YOUR PROPERTY!

35 minutes. If I left it overnight as the instructions suggested, I would have none of my metal pipe and bare glass pipe with no dots! It's NOT metal safe, it's NOT glass safe, it ruined a practically new tube as I've had the glass tube less than a month to determine the time between ordering and delivery.
