I tried it to see what the issue is. He works and does a good job. But rubbing alcohol and some slime will do the job just as well, and it'll last 20 times longer than this thing. I clean my pieces often because I hate the bad taste of burning as much as the next smoker. If you don't mind spending more money to get your stuff in order, then you've found a good product. If you already know how to clean your stuff with household cleaners like rubbing alcohol or whatever you have found, I recommend sticking to your routine as it will only cost more and is not suitable for the skilled handyman who knows how to do it yourself.
