If the license plate bracket on the Wrangler is adjusted too far to the left, it means you will always see a crooked image when reversing. This is not optimal for security reasons. I replaced the block with the one mounted behind the spare wheel. I have reused this camera but I will also replace it because the quality is pretty bad. It takes a long time to plug in so don't do it twice so get a center mounted device and only plug it in once.

Pretty easy to install. Came with lots of wiring and was very basic. A little more space could have been used, as you can see in the picture. The plastic between the light diffuser and the camera area doesn't open wide enough for a standard plastic license plate frame case, but I suspect it will be the same for most of them. It doesn't quite match the clip like I'd like, but I'm not complaining about the price and simplicity of it all.

Good to begin with. Wiring was easy to connect, camera is nice and clear, nice factory look. $25 so you can try it. The problem is that the port is molded too small to fit in the factory case. The camera works well. The image is a bit grainy but works well enough that I can see what's behind me. I love that it's a custom design to fit my Wrangler. It's okay. Because the Wrangler JK's license plate is off-center, the wire had to be cut to remove the "lead lines" from the image. Also, when I first installed the camera, there was a lot of distortion or electrical noise on the screen.
