I bought two of these for my kids for Christmas. One of them had a bent wheel within the first day. Requested a refund and was able to send the broken board back for a complete refund. Repurchased and have had no problems with the replacement. Great service.

This hover board stopped working after one week. I would not recommend buying this product. The manufacturers refused to refund our money, only offering a one penny refund. Luckily amazon refunded us.

Straight out of the box it did not work. The tire would rub against the frame so it could not be used. I had to send it in for repairs before we ever got to use it. They sent it back "repaired" but it still does not work. It can be rode for a couple minutes at a time at very low speeds. I bought this for my 65 lb daughter. As soon as she stood on it, the wheel jammed and it didn't move. My 45 lb son experienced the same thing, but it took about 30 minutes for his wheel to jam. i was able to exchange both of them immediately. We bought 4 of the T188 hoverboards from Swagtron for Christmas. They are all the same models and the 2 red ones just beep and don’t work while the 2 black ones work fine. There is an issue with the right side wheel. It is too close to hub and prevents the wheel from spinning freely this causes the battery to drain in about 5 minutes from a full charge.

I bought this for my sons 11th birthday and it’s the first hoverboard he has ever used and he caught on right away! I love that it auto balances. It’s very heavy and sturdy. The only con is that the charge only lasts about 1-2 hours and it takes 5.5 to charge.

Woke up in the middle of the night to the smell of rotten eggs. Discovered it was coming from my daughters plugged in hover board. This Hoverboard is good. I enjoyed it. The size is a little small but more for indoors. I didn’t like the speed and the beeping.

Great to use when working, but motor went completely dead after a couple of months.The product came with 1 year warranty. I shipped it back to Swagtron for $20 (discounted shipping rate) at my own cost, and they provided a vague bill with $115 of tentative repairs, plus $20 fee to ship it back. I would not buy this product again.

This hoverboard is really well built, too bad the battery sucks. I purchased one for christmas and the battery started dying after 8 minutes of in house use. I requested a replacement easy enough but the wait time was quite long. The second board was even worse on battery life. After 3 minutes the damn thing starts beeping and beeping and beeping. Its to the point now where it beeps all the time. Its too bad because my kids really enjoyed it.

My son ordered this with his own money in Jan it is now the first of March and the Hoverboard no longer works. He took good care of it too. I have called customer support several times and now they have sent me an RMA to send it back $27.00 my cost. I just wish we could get our money back and be done with them.

We bought 2 of these for Christmas this year. Charged them up and sent the kids out to play. Battery lasted about 30 min before it started to crap out. One of the boards has a motor going out and is grinding and won't let it go. This is the biggest waste. 6 hr charge time for 20-30 min of play time. The boards beep non stop while being used. They require recalibration every few minutes. Absolute junk. Do not buy this model
