Requires USB 2.0 Extender

Well designed. Components are easy to mount on any surface. Our church has decided to broadcast services live. Now we can place the camera in the back of the church and tie it to the laptop at the other end.

Pros
  • 165ft USB 2.0 Extender --- The USB extender supports high-speed USB 2.0 (up to 480Mbps) over a single Cat5e Cat6 cable up to 50m (165ft) and distributes 4 USB 2.0 ports
Cons
  • The packaging is not pretty

It works, it's also cumbersome, not needed for a point.

First of all, this device works great and does its job perfectly. However, my situation did not call for such a sophisticated device. I have a large format printer with a USB port and got tired of plugging it into my PC to print and decided to use one of the Cat 6 cables I had in my walls to connect it. After securing everything properly, I plugged it into the transmit/receive boxes and power cord, it turned on and worked beautifully. I've used all types of USB connections and got a working…

Pros
  • Allocate four USB2.0 ports. Two webcams work at the same time. A NOTICE. When connecting two webcams, it is strongly recommended to use the Webcam XP Pro software.
Cons
  • No automatic

YUP! AV Production, Distance Education, Presentations

I have seen this before and also used the variant. I thought it was kinda cool, but I didn't really want to. Mainly because they seemed too expensive and bulky.
