I like that it is easy to use and has all of my patient information in one place, which makes scheduling so much easier! The best thing about EyeMD is that it has a great interface, it's easy to use, and it can be accessed anywhere via any device. I do like how easy it is for me to log in to my patient's records from anywhere. It was a little difficult at first to access all of their information, but once you get used to it, it gets easier. I love using EMDr to manage patient care, billing records etc. It is very user friendly! The customer support staff are great as well!! There isn't anything i dislike about it so far.. The ease of access to all the information in one place, the ability to create reminders that can be sent to the patient and the ability to access their records as well as the ability to send messages. The ability to have an app that is available on all devices. I would like to be able to access the app on my phone. I would also like for the app to be able to connect to the EMR.
