Worked first time after purchase. All 9 discs were copied successfully and very quickly. The controls are easy to use and the indicators accurately show the status of each drive. I have a device from another manufacturer that I paid double for and I could never get it to work properly. Small and compact, the Mini USB Pro packs away easily to record events I broadcast on the go. Very satisfied.
