Works with Briggs and Stratton smart fill canisters

For those wondering if this will work, especially for Briggs and Stratton smart fill canisters I can say they will work, but you must reuse the original screw connection on the nozzle that came with the canister. The seal on the new nozzle is slightly smaller than the hole diameter on these cans, but it still overlaps and doesn't leak when I invert the can and squeeze it when it's upside down. Great product - my old gas can work better than ever. Disappointment factor eliminated!

I had an old gas bottle from which I removed all "protective elements". The result was a straight tube with a slit through which I had to pour gas. Every time it's a mess and I couldn't close the spout so the gas kept evaporating, smelled like cars etc. The new cans were no better than the old ones with "protective properties" and I don't want to pay $25 and more for another can. Release 5 gallons of gas in 35 seconds! Puts a smile on a grown man's face!

I wish I could give it a full 5 stars but read on to find out why I can only give it a solid 4 stars. The time it takes to empty a 5 gallon gas cylinder is staggering. I know safety comes first, but when you're holding 30 pounds of gas and trying to pour it into an ATV, car, motorcycle, lawn mower or whatever, it gets really annoying.
