Bought for my petrol jug. The cheap caps that come with them don't last long before they start cracking and leaking. This is a QUALITY made cap and I'm sure it will last a while.

Threads do not fit LC2 fuel tanks exactly. You can tighten it but not tight, no leaks, will not be tight enough to seal leaks when the jug is on top. Suitable for adapters with Tera Pump.

I bought a race can for 10.00 at a flea market with a cracked spout. This did a wonderful job fixing it! Combined with EZ Flow Spout it is better than my other breed can that I paid 60.00 for.

Much better than all the newer 'safety' cans. When the lid is tight there are no leaks, a full can is heavy and you have to be careful not to spurt gas out of the vent if you tilt it too far. Otherwise I see no disadvantages.

I bought this cap to convert a "racing" gas canister to normal use. That works great! I prefer a race gas cylinder over a conventional gas cylinder for many reasons. But this cap allows me to replace some canisters as it allows me to use the normal spout of other gas canisters and also allows me to use an electric dispenser that screws onto normal gas canisters. Bought this adapter cap to use the EZ spouts on my VP racing pitchers. The spout that comes with racing pitchers is great for quickly adding fuel to a car, but is not as ideal for small engine parts, lawn mowers, ATVs, etc. The adapter allows the EZ filler neck to be used (on the left of the photo) and will work much better if you need to bend the spout to fit small holes.
