I need to change my rating.

I cut bushes, remove small fallen trees. At first these blades cut beautifully, but now, just a few months later, I've broken 3 out of 6 at the joint. Next time I'll try Milwaukee or Diablo. Am I doing something wrong?

Pros
  • ideal for a small house
Cons
  • vulgarity

Tooth geometry is very neutral, slow cut

Once the paint has peeled off the teeth you will see that the cutting edge has very little leading edge. it cuts cleaner but very slowly and not aggressively. A lot of pressure is required when making a full 12 inch cut. You should be more aggressive

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • New competitors have appeared

Perfectly cuts wood but no nails I(metal)

We liked the durable quality and the ability to cut wood (we built from reclaimed wood), but when we were on the demo the saw didn't have the ability to cut nails like our Milwaukie blades. I don't know if they make carbide for metal and woodworking like Milwaukee, but that would be the best they've ever made.

Pros
  • All right!
Cons
  • Expensive

Wears out quickly. Best in Power Tools and Hand Tools

I lost my 6" Diablo and needed to get the job done. Are these blades supposed to have carbide tips? On my Diablo you can see the carbide tips. I just had to cut off some brush stumps. It took a long time and I had to squeeze those blades to cut. Guys/Girls save time and money by buying Diablo Carbide Blades. Sure, a blade might cost $15, but it works. Cut branches, roots, etc. straight through like butter.

Pros
  • Handy Item
Cons
  • Crumpled Packaging

I have used many delimbers, this is by far the best

I recently bought a new property, 7 pines about 80ft tall were removed and 1 magnolia, 1 maple felled and a few roots were in the ground Blades are excellent, I cut some roots, the blade is still sharp when you need to cut branches or roots, these are blades that can be used a touch after long time use, these blades will eventually break, especially when you cut the roots and get a lot of vibration, they can take that much tension before breaking at the base of the blade

Pros
  • The best
Cons
  • Some difficulties

Heavy duty blade ideal for cutting roots

I just removed the stump with this blade. It worked great. It's thick enough not to bend or break, yet flexible. The 12 inch length was great for penetrating the soil and separating the roots before using a shovel and pickaxe. The tree I removed had a 10 inch diameter trunk and 1 to 3 inch diameter roots. I had a bit of wobble when trimming loose roots due to the large saw teeth, but nothing major. I've only used one blade and it's still sharp and usable. I really liked these blades.
