Tried this set for the first time and love it. Makes my hair smooth and easy to manage. Just be sure to rinse out the conditioner thoroughly—it takes a little while to really rinse off, but I also leave it on my head with a shower cap while I shave. This can be too difficult for people with very thin, straight hair. I really like the smell, although it might be too harsh for smell sensitive people. It disappears once the hair dries.

Ever since I tried my first TIGI product I was not only disappointed but also delighted! This shampoo and conditioner is no exception. Luxurious feeling. Amazing fragrance. The best part? Do I live in the wettest part of the country where my hair can frizz in seconds after getting in my car? I no longer have this fear. Even my master has complimented me several times on the look of my hair since I've been using this set. That should say it all! So pleasant.

This shampoo/conditioner is just bad. I tried using it for about a month and it left my hair like straw. I have colored hair but I take very good care of it and it was in good condition before using this product. I bought this to replace the sim/jig which I love but seems to be discontinuing. I need to find something else even though my bottles are about 3/4 full. I love S Factor products in general and use them regularly but this was a waste of money.
