Okay, I bought this thing about 10 weeks ago and use it almost every day. Here's the shovel. He cooks meat like a dream. I've cooked pork steaks, roast beef, roast pork, chicken quarters, whole chickens and french fries in it. Everything is crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside.
