Disappointed good for me

On the 1st Order I received. It was the Totally wrong package!2nd Order was the right Package, but had scratches all over

Great for a family business

I got it for a family business right next to the door and it’s perfect. Used it for a day and had no issues. Easy and touch less thermometer!

There is no battery for this unit (unless the compartment is totally hidden). Failed after one day

Very pleased with this item at first use. At next use, thought the unit had been left on and the battery had died, but discovered there is no compartment for a battery, or you have to take off the back which would probably void a warranty. It is advertised in specifications and elsewhere as having a battery. My instructions came only in Chinese, a language that I have never studied. After plugging in charging cord, it appears that the issue id that the sensor is defective/dead. After reading…

That it will stop working for no reason.

I ordered this product for my church. I had to send the first one back because after my 30 days were up it stopped working. I got the replacement and it stopped working for a couple of days and then started back. I really wish I could the churches money back so I can order another one from another company.
