I like that it is easy to use, has all of my legislators listed with their contact information including email addresses so we can communicate quickly! I like that it is easy to use, intuitive, has lots of features, and allows me to easily import documents from other services so I can keep track of my bills in one place! It also has an excellent team behind it who are always willing to help with any issues we have. Sometimes there's lag time when accessing information but this usually goes away over time if you're patient enough. I like that it is easy to use, yet has all of the features you need for a good platform. It's not very expensive either which makes sense since their product isn't overly complex or difficult. There are some things that could be improved upon (like being able to sort by bill number) but overall this is an excellent service!
