This product was a great replacement for my original Delta Monitor shower faucet. I received the part from Delta, not the aftermarket manufacturer. Installation was easy, requiring only a screwdriver and some lube. I replaced this due to constant slow leakage. This product is slightly different from the original which is about 16 years old. Updated 23/02/2018 - I had to replace it again as the shower head started leaking again. I ordered the same, but this time I received what appeared to be a used cartridge pulled from another shower. Signs of wear and tear are present. I am very disappointed and have sent it back for a refund. Must order it directly from Amazon instead of azplumbing. Edit: Okay after visiting every Lowes store in the world, ordering this item from multiple sources and sending it all back, I finally broke down and called Delta. Excellent customer service by the way - all US based and short wait times. I ordered RP20235 but misunderstood. Then I ordered these RP19804s. Same offer, wrong product. The rep I spoke to had never heard of the RP20235 and had to look it up on the Delta website. They still have that exact picture and description on their own website,
