I've used Fel-Pro gaskets for decades without exception and highly recommend them. This gasket fits between the oil filter adapter and the block and is not always included in engine rebuild kits so was a good find at Revain. This item is suitable for Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth "LA" series small engine blocks including 273, 318, 340 and 360 cubic inches. Multiply by 0.01638 if you need it in liters.

I'm very happy with this product but I know exactly what it is and what it's for - it's a heavy duty filter adapter gasket that fits between the adapter plate and the engine block. This might work for early A engines with a canister filter (to seal the canister to the block) but I haven't used it that way so the user should be careful. When installed correctly, IT WILL NOT TOUCH THE OIL FILTER. Good quality Fel-Pro. I'm happy with that.
