🔧 FEL-PRO MS 98002 T Intake Manifold Gasket Kit Review

I think the Fel-Pro product is of good quality. When I replaced the intake manifold gaskets on my 4.3 liter casting the head casting showed some wear, if I replaced it with the original OEM coffin it would be in the same place but as I am using a Fel-Pro product the pad sat on a different surface of the head. Using the Fel-Pro pad saved me the trouble of sanding the surface and it was a quality repair.

I don't see how anyone could confuse a bed frame with a Chevy c1500 truck shim kit. I needed a part to repair my truck. I'm in a bunch of shit, paying every day to keep my truck until I get a part to fix it. Who ever sent me a bed frame quality checker should do a better job. I don't understand how someone didn't look at what I needed and then looked at what was sent to me and said not to write it.

Matched my 99 blazer perfectly. The original ones failed at about 150,000 km. I can't believe the cheap plastic bottles lasted so long. They're rubberized metal and should last forever. It's quite a bit of work, just be patient and take notes and photos so you have something to look back on to get things right and don't forget to plug something in. Even if you decide to outsource this job to a mechanic, I would buy this install kit so you know you'll never have to do this job again.

I had a leaky injector spider so I took a later improved fuel spider and needed these gaskets and decided to replace the lower intake gaskets as many of you know they are known to fail on the front end, resulting in coolant leakage/possible overheating damage. This kit comes with the newly recommended bottom end intake gaskets and everything else you need to replace while getting all the accessories up to this level of engine.

They tolerate heat and cold. valve cover, upper intake,. and Throttle Body Injector Gaskets are of quality material and fit well. They easily cost $10 to $20 more than the competition and offer them at a lower price point. I viewed the purchase as if I were buying insurance for a future mechanical bill. Replacing these seals takes quite a long time. It's money worth spending

My 96 Sierra finally had a blown manifold gasket after 208,000 miles. These are refurbished pads. They are made with metal inserts which are more forgiving of the shade tree mechanics as you can't push them out as easily. This kit is complete except for the manifold bolts.
