Outstanding Performance Gasket

The Fel-Pro VS 50668 gasket is a top-of-the-line gasket that does not disappoint. After I put it to the test, I was amazed by its outstanding performance. This gasket provides an airtight seal, preventing any leaks or unwanted airflow. The material is durable and withstands high temperatures .The only DOWNSIDE to this gasket is its higher price point but the quality and performance make it worth the investment. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone looking for reliable gasket replacement..

Not Worth the Hype - my new review

As my tests showed, this gasket failed to live up to its claims of being a high-performance option. While it initially fit well, it quickly began to leak oil, causing numerous problems and requiring costly repairs .The only positive aspect was that it was easy to install, but that is overshadowed by its poor function..

Catastrophic failure after 7 months

This seal failed after 7 months. The lower sealing ribs ruptured causing a 2 liter leak at 180 miles. The biggest problem is that the wiring harness had dozens of wire insulation breaks. This was an imminent problem that would likely leave the car stranded on the side of the road and cause the engine computer to fail. It was clearly a manufacturing defect as the wrong type of wiring was used. As for the oil leak, I don't know the exact reason, but there was no reason for the rubber to break.
