Fiber Patch Cable Single Duplex Accessories & Supplies Review

The patch is easy to use and quite simple. I use them in an industrial environment and the dB loss was the same as our vendor's Cisco cabinet.

These are high quality cable assemblies. They come with test results for each strand. This is useful when calculating insertion loss. And they come with a set of cleaning bags. Very important.

I've only been using it for a few weeks. Currently works great! I just wanted a fiber optic cable between the modem and the router. I've noticed a little more clarity in my streaming programs.

Much better quality than I expected. ST barrels end up looking premium and there doesn't seem to be any weakness in the head just behind the barrel where cheap fibers tend to break. They are used for communication at a municipal substation.

Out of service. It was very disappointing. I'm only writing this review because I was in a very difficult situation and the product didn't work. They seem to have pretty high ratings so 1 out of 350 isn't bad. Just be warned there might be some bad ones in there. This time I drew a lucky short straw. By the way, the 25-foot worked great.

Used cable in 10U field box for Ethernet media converter. The cable arrived ready to use, I checked for cleanliness with a spotting scope and checked for light leakage and the ends were perfectly clean. I had some doubts about durability. I had to make a semi-solid crease in the box and the jacket seemed to shrink at the crease. I checked the additional loss again and got the same reading as before. Although the sheath is pinched a little, this hasn't affected the fiber.
