The most helpful thing about field goal is that they have an API integration with Salesforce, which makes data collection from forms extremely easy compared to other providers in this space! It would be great if there was also some way of using their platform for custom integrations rather than having everything through SFDC (which can sometimes take quite long). I am solving my customer's lead generation problems by providing them access into our CRM via webhooks when leads are created/updated

The ease of use, ability to customize fields for each event type (ie field goal vs free throw), easy integration with other systems - most especially Google Forms/Sheets which is great because it allows you create one set up that works across multiple events types! Some customization options could be improved or added in future releases but overall I am very pleased thus far using this tool out-of box solution!! We are able solve our ticketing needs by being more efficient at processing tickets
