I installed this water sensor under all my sinks to prevent unpredictable leaks. Installation is very easy with a quick test to ensure installation is correct. In addition, this sensor comes with a pretty handy app that can be monitored in real-time. All in all this is a great product.

Strange integration of motion sensor with water leak sensors. I didn't bother with the motion detector and only used it for the water sensor. It works fine and I get a phone notification as well as a loud beep. I wish there was a way to turn off the sound and just talk on the phone.

Sewerage in the basement is very bad. It clogged and flooded my basement many times a year. This water alarm is very good to warn me in time so I can fix it as soon as possible. Set up is easy and has worked great so far. This is especially useful when I'm not at home as I can get an email notification of a leak.

I have read other reviews and some say these water detectors are easy to set up and use. It also doesn't help when a security motion sensor is mixed in with water sensors, making it even harder to follow instructions. However, I learned one important thing: Don't press the 'Test' button. The volume of these tiny devices is deafening. Eventually I will build it up, even if I have to enlist the help of my grandson.

This thing is hard to set up with the app. The instructions are terrible. I was finally able to plug in a motion detector that I didn't need, so I ended up turning it off. The app kept asking me to turn on my WiFi, which was already on. I have never managed to connect one of the water detectors. I live in an apartment building and have survived 5 floods in the above apartment buildings due to poor plumbing maintenance, needed repairs, etc. I haven't connected the monitor to my email or phone. I would probably give this water alarm 4 stars (it's quite difficult to set up, even with a fairly lengthy manual). BUT, this describes the ability to receive SMS text messages. This is the ONLY reason I got it to replace my existing water alarm kit. And they don't tell you in the description that there is an additional monthly or annual fee for receiving SMS messages. What immediately strikes you about this product is the responsiveness of its customer service team. I had a few questions that I couldn't answer by reading the manual or watching the video and they answered them quickly.
