Clogs and Permanent Stains

, I've been printing for about a year or more, I'm no expert but I can always get at least the first layer and print. I even found a solution for gluing an ABS bed when the glue failed me (Kapton tape). But this stuff I tried with the mesh bed alignment after getting a new Hot-D. Doesn't stick, tried everything. I went back to manually aligning with paper and still no gluing. It's really stained, when you apply one coat it looks like a moth ate it. I've never used such bad yarn, I've tried…

Pros
  • 100% SATISFIED SERVICE: 1 month free trial, 30 days money back guarantee if you are not satisfied. Provide fast and efficient technical solutions to printing problems. Printed objects made from these threads will not be added to the existing plastic waste on the planet.

Best Rainbow Petg on Revain

Of the two Rainbow PETGs on Revain, this one is much better. It's still not perfect and if I bought regular PETG I can't say it would be my favorite brand. Since I was looking exactly for PETG in the rainbow, I settled on this one. It's a little harder to type than the overture I've used in the past. I ran at 250C and 90C on the bed. I've tried running it at 240 for a bigger pressure and it's clogged. I can't guarantee it wasn't my fault, but this stuff seems a little stickier than I'm used to.

Pros
  • BEST SPECS: Precision craftsmanship is a differentiating factor, our 1.75mm Aystkniet food grade 3D printing filament has fantastic tolerances, 0.02mm accuracy compared to the 0.05mm standard, with no shrinkage or warping. Melts well, feeds smoothly and evenly without clogging the nozzle or extruder. Nozzle temperature 230-240℃, layer 85℃.

I don't normally use PLA, now I can switch to it.

Ever since I got my printer I've been told that PLA+ is simply better. The difference in cost is minimal, usually 1-2$ more, and the advantage is higher temperature resistance, smoother and more durable. The weird thing is that when I typed this stuff I got the same results, but it actually looked better. I haven't seen if the thread looks like "silk" or anything like that, but as you can see in my video the prints are shiny and look really nice. Adhesion to the bed is excellent, sticks to it…

Pros
  • WIDE COMPATIBILITY: Our Aystkniet 3D fiber is the choice of engineers, designers and everyone, even first-time 3D printers, who want the best. Works and harmonizes perfectly with all major 1.75mm FDM 3D printers, suitable for daily use, man-made object display, cosmetic prints, prototypes, low-stress applications and more.
