These brushes are listed as soft but I am using heavy acrylic paint and they are too soft to move the paint. The bristles also spread and don't hold the color well. They can work well after several coats for easy mixing. There are plenty of brushes and a good price just not for the type of painting I do.

Just got these in the mail two days ago and they arrived quickly in perfect condition. The brushes are a good weight and feel balanced which is very important to me as I paint in oils and my wrists are very sensitive and I wear braces. They also feel nice and solid, which is hard to find at this price point. Also, there's a wide range of sizes, and if they fit, I'll look for them in a round shape too.

The handles/barrels of these brown brushes are very large and very long compared to traditional acrylic brushes. I can't handle them with great ease, they're bulky and just not easy to use. I didn't know they were that big when I bought them. The bristles are a little softer than I thought, but I'll make the most of this purchase and try to find ways to use them, perhaps to create backgrounds on my canvases rather than actually doing detailed work.

These are good brushes but very long. I bought these for younger kids so I came back for the length. The company responded very quickly and refunded my money the same day without returning the goods. Excellent customer service. I just wish they listed the length online so they don't have to be replaced. I donate the brushes to an art program in my area and bought another set of shorter brushes from the same company. For adults, these brushes would be great.
