Pillow is great! I bought a second one. I like relative flat pillows and after I removed the flat piece in this pillow, it waa the perfect height for me. This pillow provides great support for the neck for people with round heads and like relatively flat pillows. I washed the pillow case twice so far and no issues removing and putting back the foam. Love it!

Seems to have really helped my neck pain. Takes a minute to get used to the design, but is comfortable. Keeps the head level so there is less discomfort.

This pillow is wonderful. I have had multiple surgeries for my neck and back and have a hard time getting comfortable at night. This pillow helps tremendously. I gave it 4 stars for comfort because it would be nice just a little bit softer where you place your head - neck support is good.

For the most part, I love the firmness and softness of the memory foam and had a pleasant sleep on the first night of using it. My only minor caveat is that from time to time, I find myself having to adjust to the neck contour of the pillow to make myself more comfortable. Otherwise, a reliable product and I'm quite satisfied with my purchase.

The pillow was very comfortable and supported my neck well. It was quality made and came clean and shrink wrapped inside of a nice travel bag for it. My grandson has kind of taken it over the last week. I need to find something to trade him. Lol but I was impressed with the pillow and liked it a lot.

This pillow is quite comfortable and I like that it has to levels of support so that you can find what is best for you. I, however, continue to wake up with sore shoulders and/or sore neck and sometimes even a headache. At this point I can't assure that it's the pillow that is causing it. Overall, it is comfortable and may work wonders for some.

I bought this pillow to help my head and neck deal with a slope on , yes, a water bed, that I have enjoyed for years. Now as I've gotten older and not as flexible I was trying to find a pillow that would we larger on one side and smaller on the other so that it would compensate for the slope of the bed as I laid on it. This pillow does the job, and I can take out a layer (that is nicely zippered) to make the pillow not as thick if needed. It has great support clear to the edges, which I wanted.

This pillow is helping my neck and I am waking up feeling better in the morning. It is a stiff pillow so if you side sleep it is not as comfortable and cushy. It is overall very good for keeping your neck in alignment while sleeping and that is the point of it.

I feel it is working for my back pain because it is less, but it is too high for my neck. I removed the flat sponge, but it is still high, so, it is uncomfortable to my, and I still have pain 🙁

Bought this after waking up to terrible neck pain. This pillow did help my neck pain go away but it feels a bit too high, even after I take out the bottom layer of padding. Have some slight back pain now, maybe because my sleeping posture is different now?I'm gonna wait and see if in time I can adjust to it.

It was perfect height & firmness for me. I prefer a bit of the firm side more than soft. My most important focus is the neck support. I purchased the Langria contour pillow about 3 years ago and I loved it! I have had no problems and the original pillow is still in great shape. Hasn't gone flat or fallen apart at all. Still gives great comfort and support. My boyfriend has neck pain problems and frequently sees the chiropractor. I let him use my pillow one night and after that he refused to give it back so I decided it was time to order a second one. This new version is even better than the first! I've been using this for several months now and found it to have uneven performance. Some times, I’ll wake up and it feels like there’s a log under my neck. Other times, it’s OK. It never really softens to conform the way my old Tempurpedic did. Of course, it’s about a third the price. Next time, I’ll spend more.

After reading the reviews, I let it "breathe" to eliminate the plastic smell, and to fluff up. After a few days, I used it and it has been so helpful! I have a pillow cover and a case on it, so even if there still is a smell, I don't notice it at all. The support under my neck is perfect. It has really diminished my back pain. The weight of it keeps it in place too, so I don't have to worry about it shifting around in the night. I highly recommend this if you like support under your neck!

No odor when I opened the pillow and started using it that night. I like that there are two height options. I thought the higher would be needed but I use that for side sleeping and lower for back sleeping. Good support for my neck and I have C4-C5 bulging discs. Although a little flat, this pillow is great for the extra neck support that a regular pillow doesn't give you. Also as a bonus, the packaging came with a bag that you can store it in if you're traveling !

I wanted to sleep on this for a few days before reviewing and I must say I am pleasantly surprised. I read reviews & i was iffy about buying the pillow but honestly its helped my neck & overall posture so much. I watch posture videos on youtube (its two guys that talk, just searched up 'how to fix hunchback') & they recommended the use of this type of pillow. So i looked through amazon & bought this one. I have no regrets & actually plan on getting all my family to purchase one.

So I bought this pillow for my neck pain and it has helped my neck pain but it has also helped my back pain and best of all according to my husband I no longer snore at night and I’m a chronic loud snorer so that’s amazing!
