Overall I liked the product, it feels smooth (silky), actually glows in the dark, the only small problem is that my remote control has 3 shortcut keys (Netflix, Prime, www) under the Volume section I knew this before buying after looking at the photos so I decided to lose those 3 buttons to protect the remote. It's amazing that the buttons aren't completely covered, I can still see and press them. if needed.

We bought a new Samsung TV this year and the remote took a little getting used to. It's very thin, difficult to hold, and I've dropped it multiple times. Come on. I would return it, but I don't feel like driving all the way to Kohl's to return the $9 item.
