I never write reviews, I made this exception to help others not get the headache I was having. It doesn't have a size in the description but I can tell you it doesn't fit a 3lb bottle, a 5lb bottle or any other bottle I've had, different sizes.

This holder was sturdy and had 4 pre-drilled mounting holes. It also included a steel strap for attaching a fire extinguisher. However, the clasp was made with the inner tongue facing the wrong way. I was able to bend the tab to secure the extinguisher. Too many exchange problems. Bad quality control.

I bought this on the recommendation of Revain. Most customers who bought our fire extinguishers also bought these brackets. It was easy to install but we had to buy our own screws. He's holding our fire extinguisher, but the straps aren't tight around him. At the moment it works, but when the time comes we will have to buy other fire extinguishers.

I don't know I can't install it on my 5lb fire extinguisher. I've tried different ways. I guess if I'm too stupid to operate the mount I won't be able to pull it out in an emergency. The box says it's for the fire extinguisher I have. It's disappointing that the instructions say "Snap the Band". Good good thank you! I didn't think of that 🤣🤷‍♀️

This is for large fire extinguishers. I need (ed) one for a smaller fire extinguisher. But this nice someone also gave me a large fire extinguisher (does not come with screws). For reference, if you loosen the tape that goes around the center of the extinguisher it will rebound and hit the joint and it will hurt! That's why I gave it 3 STARS

These metal fire extinguisher brackets are much stronger and more durable than the plastic brackets that come with the extinguishers I buy. I use them on oxy-acetylene wagons with a Kidde disposable extinguisher with a 1-1/4" neck and 3-1/4" canister. They fit perfectly. The neck opening of the mount is 1-5/16" wide and 1-3/8" deep.

One star for build quality. The locking mechanism I received was different than the one that was shiny. A more serious problem is that the publication said they buy often and showed the Kidde FA110 model which I blindly believed and bought. The bracket is too big for the 3 lb baby model pictured. It can often be bought with the Kidde model, but it also often doesn't work. There was a model at extra cost, so no return. The theme of a future flea market!
