Hose detached from tip and stuck in engine dipstick after first use

Good: System works fine, just used pump, don't know how the compressor actually works. I can't say anything about the compressor function. Below is my experience with the product for the FIRST TIME. The Bad: I bought this to change the oil on my 2014 MB E350. The hoses supplied are too short for the Mercedes E350, it couldn't reach the bottom of the oil pan so I was only able to pump out about 5 liters. Engine oil dipstick, the tube was detached from the tip and stuck in the engine dipstick…

I like to drain as much oil as possible before removing the drain plug to keep oily mess to a minimum. None of the other pumps worked as well as I expected. Hand bulb pumps work halfway. The 12 volt pumps seem to work, but the ones I used stopped working after about the fifth use. On the other hand, this pump works…

I didn't have to break out either the drain or filler plugs (doesn't stick well due to friction modifiers). It took me about 2 minutes to drain 3.1 liters from the Ody through the dipstick tube. The large hose didn't fit, but the middle one fitted fine. He didn't drain 3.6 liters like a drain plug. I stuck the pipe in…
