Perfect, tender and SHARP

Spicy? It got your attention. Good. These scissors are small, thin and sharp. I got them as a home gardener to prune and care for a wide range of small, large, flowering, herbaceous and succulent varieties. It's comfortable to hold and operate with the spring-loaded handle, which is amazing. Supplied with a plastic sleeve to protect the tip. Just throw it in your tool box and don't worry. However, I bought them from a store a few years ago and they replaced the lock. It was one-sided and…

Pros
  • Top marks for hold and durability from testers

Very good quality for the price.

Well so far I'm very surprised with the quality of this tool. Especially since the Fiskers anvil pruner was a FUCK. Most of the blade on this tool never touched the anvil and was so poorly constructed I almost sent it back, but the price wasn't worth it. Unlike this tool, this little trimmer's blades are well aligned, the axis isn't too loose or tight, and it's very sharp right out of the shipping blister. Time will tell what steel the blade is made of. I haven't given it a full month as I…

  • Great for outdoor activities

Garden and lawn maintenance slipper scraper

I like these trimmers best and use them on my tomatoes and MJ. The blade joint is tight and they make clean cuts. They can get into very tight places and make tiny cuts. The color makes them easily recognizable and I love the comfortable, spring-loaded handles. What's not great is the locking mechanism. The slider keeps slipping and jamming the secateurs without my will. The locking slide has too little resistance to hold it in one position. When you press it, it moves and locks. I ended up…

  • Stylish and modern design

Accurate, well lubricated secateurs

I recently bought a similar model of these secateurs from Home Depot, they had titanium coated blades or something. After a short period of use, the blades became very sticky and lost their smoothness. I wanted a replacement but was hesitant at first. They have greatly improved these secateurs by adding a slippery coating to the blades. Impeccable work, just note that they are for small jobs (trimming, removing suction cups, etc.). The blades look like they have no rust and after a month or two

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Nothing here
