Excellent fit and finish! Everything needed for installation was included (other than the usual hand tools) and I was able to install the new mirrors in under two hours, spending most of my time vacuuming and dusting the inside of the door. The electrical connections consisted of simply plugging the mirror into the factory terminals for power adjustment, defrost, turn signals and "bulbs". I like mirrors and I have no problem with their optics. I like how they look. However, I have 2 problems. 1. When I first installed the mirrors I wanted to adjust the driver's side mirror and the underside of it broke with minimal pressure. I was very disappointed how easy it happened. 2. I think 3 years after installing them on my F-150 it's time to check them out. I highly recommend them and think they are the best thing I have ever done for safety and driving pleasure. They replace the standard F-150's small side mirrors and greatly improve visibility and a sense of control. Passenger side mirror broke and I really had to upgrade to towing mirrors. I had to replace the mirror quickly after it broke and all other mirrors had much longer delivery times on or after our next outing. The mirrors arrived on time. Looks like factory quality. I installed it myself and the install went smoothly (about 2 1/2 hours for both - if you have experience it will probably be within a 2 hour project).
