I bought the Smart Box after watching the demo video and I thought, "Great! I wouldn't have to buy (another) hole saw. (I lost two before using them.) The video was helpful. However, what hasn't been mentioned is that the teeth can actually jump up the wall and leave a claw-like arc if you don't grip the drill tightly!
