I bought a few of these for testing purposes. It would be a great idea if it weren't for the plastic teeth. If you look at the teeth you can see they are sharp and deftly set at various angles to cut well, but clearly thermoplastic, they cannot be heated. Don't worry I just used a ratchet and socket and turned slowly. It might have taken a minute longer, but I didn't have to figure out where I left the socket-to-drill adapter. I bought the Smart Box after watching the demo video and I thought, "Great! I wouldn't have to buy (another) hole saw. (I lost two before using them.) The video was helpful. However, what hasn't been mentioned is that the teeth can actually jump up the wall and leave a claw-like arc if you don't grip the drill tightly! Slightly tilt and hold the drill bit, then straighten it to cut through a wall or ceiling. A hole saw makes a perfectly round plug. Don't rush to cut the hole, as the plastic (or
